CHAD HACKER MA, LMHC
I have been working in the helping profession for more than ten years in a variety of capacities. During this time I’ve had the honor of working with at risk youth, foster families, college students, people experiencing grief and loss, families in crises, and victims of abuse. These experiences have taken place in various settings; private, faith based, and secular in nature.
My educational background includes a B.A. in Philosophy from Spring Arbor University and M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College and Theological Seminary. I have licensure as an LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) in the state of Indiana. As part of my passion for working with people who have experienced trauma I am trained in EMDR therapy, an evidence-based method of treatment found to be very helpful for trauma survivors.
The years of work experience and academic training have prepared me to effectively help others. I truly enjoy meeting people right where they are and walking with them from despair to hope, pain to freedom, self reproach to self acceptance, and from victim to survivor. There are times in life when all of us are confronted with our limits and need a place to get beyond, work through, or perhaps embrace them. I will be passionate and hopeful as we work together towards your personal growth, freedom, and strong interpersonal relationships.
If you find yourself in a difficult situation and would like assistance please allow someone to help.
NATE CRAWFORD MA, LMHCA
I live in Plymouth, IN, where I was born and raised. I am lucky to have been married for over 20 years, as well as having 3 sons. I enjoy playing and listening to music, art, playing with my dog, Phoebe and sitting on my front porch.
My journey to becoming a mental health counselor has been a process. My educational background includes a B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University, an M.A. from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Theology from Loyola University Chicago. I applied my education to teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses, mainly online. When I needed a change from teaching, I shifted careers to working in leadership with non-profit organizations. As the executive director of a non-profit that helped people with mental health issues, I realized being a therapist was where I could have the most direct impact on the lives of the people I served. So, I returned to school and received a M.S. from Capella University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a licensed mental health counselor associate in Indiana.
I believe in the power of people to change. In my role as a counselor, I have seen significant changes occur in people's lives through therapy. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings with clients from a wide array of backgrounds and issues including people in detox, adults, teenagers, children, different races, sexualities, gender identities, religions, and more. My pronouns are he/him. I look forward to assisting you in the changes you want to see in your life.

My hope is to help adults and couples navigate their emotional landscapes and lead fulfilling lives. I feel truly honored to be on this journey with my clients as they explore their inner selves, and find their path to happiness and well-being.
I’m a wife and mother with over 25 years of experience in sales and management. Through my journey, I’ve discovered the importance of self-exploration and inquiry in improving mental health, strengthening relationships, and fostering personal growth. My experiences have humbled me and taught me the value of embracing our true selves to find fulfillment and balance.
I'm a believer in a healthy mind, body, and spirit and as part of my own personal journey, obtained a certification as a Kundalini Meditation Instructor, which has given me valuable knowledge and expertise to bring into my work with clients. I hope to always be learning and growing, and I believe there's always more to understand and discover in this field.
Working with couples and relationships is something I'm truly passionate about. I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive space where all individuals can feel heard and supported, regardless of their orientation and relationship structure.
I love using tools like the Enneagram along with evidence-based methods to facilitate self-discovery and empower my clients on their healing journey. My ultimate goal is to guide my clients toward healthier relationships and more fulfilling lives, and I'm constantly reminded of the privilege it is to be a part of their healing, growth, and transformation.
